DESCRIPTION:

Active Plus is an easy to use, 100% Actives, Super Concentrated, Triple Action Cleaner, Deodoriser and Stain Remover. Ideal for cleaning and removing dirt, grime & most stains e.g. algae, mould, mildew, oil, coffee, tea, leaf and tannin stains etc.

WHAT DOES IT DO:

Cleans dirt, oil, grease, grime & helps remove most stains e.g. algae, mould, mildew, oil, coffee, tea, leaf & tannin marks. Also kills odours. Ideal for neglected or heavy use areas.

SURFACE USE:

USE: For all natural stone like basalt, bluestone, granite, limestone, marble, quartzite, sandstone, slate,travertine etc plus porcelain tiles, encaustic tiles, terrazzo, concrete, pavers, saltillo, grout and other surfaces.

WHERE TO USE:

For domestic and commercial use e.g. homes, hotels, motels, resorts, schools, child care, aged care, holiday parks, shopping centres, retail outlets, restaurants, bars and more.

TEST FIRST:

End user must determine the suitability of product for their intended use. Do a test in an inconspicuous area to determine surface colour stability and desired results.

PRECAUTIONS:

1. Always test first;
2. Read entire label, SDS and technical bulletin before using;
3. Wear appropriate skin and eye protection.
4. Use when surface temperature is between 4°C and 32°C.
5. Keep away from plants, soil and metals.
6. Once mixed, do NOT cover or store mixed solution.
7. Dispose any unused mixed solution after 4 hours by flushing with plenty of clean water into a toilet or drain.

WHAT YOU NEED BEFORE YOU START:

1. Protective gloves, eye, skin and foot protection;
2. Scrub’N’Clean Kit, white nylon pad, scrub brush or scrub machine; container/bucket and warm water to prepare the solution; bucket plus plenty of clean water for rinsing;
3. TIP: A wet vac to help remove dirty solution from the tile or
   stone surface before rinsing with clean water;
4. STAIN REMOVAL: Also plastic wrap, residue free tape, plastic
   spatula, paper towels;

HOW TO USE - FOR HEAVY DUTY CLEANING:

1. Stir Active Plus into a plastic bucket with clean, warm water (For better results use hot water - DO NOT USE BOILING WATER);
2. Stir until it dissolves;
3. Apply solution to surface and allow to dwell for 5-10 minutes;
4. Do NOT allow product to dry on the surface (add more diluted solution to keep wet and active);
5. Scrub with a Scrub’N’Clean Kit, white nylon pad, broom or brush;
6. TIP: Remove the dirty solution with a wet vac;
7. Rinse thoroughly with clean water;
8. Repeat as necessary.

DILUTION RATES - HEAVY DUTY CLEANING:
• 30gm per 1 litre warm/hot water (heavy duty clean)
• 60gm per 1 litre warm/hot water (extreme heavy duty clean)

HOW TO USE - FOR DEEP STAIN REMOVAL:

1. Mix Active Plus with warm water to create a thick toothpaste/peanut butter type consistency paste;
2. Apply to thickness of your finger in a uniform coat over stained area (cover an area slightly larger than actual stain);
3. Optional - Cover with plastic wrap and tape down borders with a residue free tape and poke a few holes in the wrap;
4. Allow paste to remain covered until it a) it dries (this may take 24-48 hours depending on conditions) or b) after minimum 24 hours;
5. When dry or at least after 24 hours, remove paste with a plastic
   spatula and mist some clean water over the residue;
6. Slightly rub with a Scrub’N’Clean Kit, white nylon pad or brush;
7. Rinse thoroughly with clean water & dry off with paper towels;
8. Repeat as necessary.

LIMITATIONS:

The degree of success will be determined by factors including but not limited to type of surface, degree of dirt and grime, length of time stain has been in place, and whether the surface stained is sealed or unsealed. Will not remove etch marks or restore polish to damaged areas.

COVERAGE:
Will depend on type, size and depth of stain and number of times the process needs to be repeated.

Per 300gm Jar:

• Cleaning - Up to 15m² per 300gm of Active Plus when mixed 30gm with 1 litre of clean warm/hot water.
• Stain Removal - Between 0.25m² to 0.5m² per 300gm if used as a stain remover

Per 1 kg Jar:

• Cleaning - Up to 50m² per 1 kg of Active Plus when mixed 30gm with 1 litre of clean warm/hot water.
• Stain Removal - Between 0.85m² to 1.6m² per 1 kg if used as a stain remover

Per 2 kg Jar:

• Cleaning - Up to 100m² per 2 kg of Active Plus when mixed 30gm with 1 litre of clean warm/hot water.
• Stain Removal - Between 1.70m² to 3.20m² per 2 kg if used as a stain remover

HANDLING AND STORAGE:

Once mixed, do NOT cover or store mixed solution.
For powder only - Close container tightly after each use. Store powder in dry area in temperatures between 4°C & 32°C. Wash skin and clothes thoroughly with clean water.

FIRST AID: Contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre (Australia Ph: 131-126, NZ Ph: 0800 764766). If swallowed, do NOT Induce vomiting. If In eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush the eye continuously with running water. Continue flushing until advised to stop by the Poisons Information centre or a Doctor, or for at least 15 minutes. If skin or hair contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush skin and hair with running water. If Irritation persists, seek medical attention.
