What is the best sealer for natural stone, tile and grout?
For a natural look with no sheen, use Aqua-Seal Gold+, our Professional Grade penetrating sealer for porous surfaces such as natural stone, terrazzo, encaustic and porous porcelain tiles, grout, concrete and pavers. Want a richer, darker colour? Use Enhance'N'Seal. For a gloss finish on rough, textured surfaces, use Gloss'N'Seal.
How do I know which product I need?

How much sealer or cleaner do I need?
Every product page has a calculator. Enter your area and surface and it works out how much to buy. Coverage depends on how porous the surface is, so very porous surfaces such as sandstone, terracotta and concrete use more than dense ones.
Will sealing make my stone or tiles stain proof?
No sealer makes a surface stain proof. A penetrating sealer slows down how fast liquids soak in and how deep they travel. That gives you more time to wipe up spills and makes everyday cleaning easier. Always test in a small, hidden area first.
How do I clean sealed stone and tiles without damaging the sealer?
What is the white powder on my pavers, tiles or walls?
That is usually efflorescence: salts carried to the surface by moisture. Clean it with OxiTreat+, or Oxi Gel+ on walls. When installing, add Eff-Shield+ to the mix to help reduce it. Check each Technical Bulletin first, as OxiTreat+ is not for acid-sensitive stone.
How do I remove grout haze after tiling?
